Engr. Odebunmi Babawale Mutiu is a highly experienced, COREN-registered Civil Engineer with almost two decades of experience in corporate construction, spanning residential, commercial and industrial projects as well as project management.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to learn new ideas, break down barriers between functions and businesses, communicate clear value propositions and deliver momentum with greater efficiency and effectiveness toward achieving organizational goals.
He is adept at vendor management, project management, negotiations, effective communication and relationship management.
He has worked with a number of leading construction and real estate firms in Nigeria, including Trust Constructions and Engineering Services, Landbridge Nigeria Limited and Trioteknix Limited, a civil and real estate firm.
His experience also extends to the installation of various gas-powered generators for both residential and industrial estates across Lagos and Ogun States.
